Location, Location, Location!!! Although we are very familiar with PCB and have a timeshare on Edgewater beach! We visit two or three times a year, over the past 35 years. However, we have never stayed this side of the Bay county bf. We were pleasantly surprised by the results, and the almost private nature of the beach here. We loved everything about SSBH… The property is beautiful, directly on the beach (w/o all the crowds from the high rise hotels), Clean, Safe, Affordable and the Staff are all amazing people. Plus, the location is close to access roads to take You from the western most parts of PCB and easily accessibility to Middle Beach Rd. and Back Beach Rd. for quick trips to the Eastern beaches, and attractions!!! We highly recommend checking out Sugar Sands Beach Hotel for Your stay… We will definitely be back, bf the autumn!!!

This is our second time staying here and extended 1 more day and still lov it!room is very clean and has a kitchen where you can cook and prepare your meal,staff are very kind and friendly and even offer to clean room everyday I love that we got the room in front of the beach and has a balcony my family really enjoyed our stay here!

We loved the location, the pool, and the closeness to the beach! The ocean views off the balcony are amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I didn't realize the rooms have full kitchens with a four eye stove, a full refrigerator, and dishes for four! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

I requested a top floor room and it was available. The views are amazing. The staff is very friendly and sweet. We love this little hotel. We will book again for next year. The price is very good and the location is the best. Please don't tear this little gem down. We love that the walk to the ocean is short.
